How do you decide between the three models?

Model A (order‑based project service) fits buyers who will place recurring orders and want us to run the whole China side. Model B (standalone factory audit) fits buyers who already have a supplier or only need one‑time verification. Model C (monthly retainer) fits buyers with continuous sourcing demand who want dedicated capacity every month. We'll recommend the best fit after your first inquiry.

Why don't you list fixed prices online?

Every project differs — product category, order volume, certification work and complexity all change the effort involved. We review your requirements and send a written, fixed quotation before any work starts. No hidden fees, no price creep mid‑order.

Do you work with small buyers / Etsy sellers?

Yes. For smaller orders, Model B (one‑time introduction or factory visit) is often the best fit. We also advise on LCL vs FCL so you don't get killed by destination‑port local charges.

What certifications can your factories support?

Electronics (pet devices, LED, nail lamps): CE, FCC, RoHS. Beauty & home fragrance: REACH. RV mechanical parts: CE‑MD, LVD, EMC. We ask the factory for the actual test report before quoting, not just a "we have it" claim.

Can I mix different categories in one container?

Absolutely. Mixed 40HQ loading is one of our most common requests — RV motorcycle carrier + levelling jacks + pet smart feeders + jewelry gift sets. We consolidate and label each carton.

What is the Monthly Retainer Subscription?

It's built for businesses with steady, ongoing sourcing volume. You get dedicated sourcing capacity every month within a pre‑agreed scope — continuous factory screening, order monitoring, compliance support and priority access to Vishwa Lola. Full written terms are sent before you commit.

Can I buy optional add‑ons without taking a full package?

Yes. Individual services such as pre‑shipment inspection or consolidation can be ordered standalone — no requirement to sign up for a project or retainer model.

Do you handle counterfeit or branded‑logo items?

No. Strictly no. We have a no‑counterfeit, no IP‑infringement policy. If a factory pushes branded knock‑offs, we walk away. This protects your brand and customs clearance.
